The law office of Deborah J. Townsend, P.A. is engaged exclusively in the practice of immigration and nationality law, specializing in complex business, employment and family-based cases. The firm represents a broad range of clients, including investors, entrepreneurs, large and small corporations, foreign national employees, families and students in all areas of immigration law. The firm successfully represents corporations, businesses, and individuals throughout the United States and abroad in many foreign countries.
Our clientele comes from different industries that include information technology, telecommunications, research institutions, hospitality, retail, import/export, medical, and academic institutions, among others. Our full range of immigration law services include nonimmigrant visas, including B/E/H/L/O/P/TN and others, as well as employment-based and family-based cases for U.S. lawful permanent resident status (“green cards”), TPS (Temporary Protected Status), DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), affirmative asylum applications, naturalization, derivative citizenship, I-9 issues and employer sanctions. Two particular specialties of the firm are PERM (Permanent Employment Certification) and EB-1, “extraordinary ability” cases.

She was chosen as one of Florida’s “Super Lawyers” in the area of immigration and nationality law for the years 2006-2009 and again, from 2015 - 2019. She is the recipient of the awards for "Excellence in the Practice of Immigration Law" and "Outstanding Contributions to the Practice of Immigration Law" from the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2011 and 2009, respectively.
